Rolfing Sessions:
All sessions last 60 minutes.
At the first session, we will discuss your health history, current conditions, and the reasons that brought you to Rolfing. This is a time to set goals for your experience, answer any additional questions you may have, and further explain the Rolfing process. Then we will get to work!
What to Wear for Rolfing Session:
You can dress to your comfort level (underwear/bra or shorts and a tank top). Together we will begin to assess your structure as you stand and as you walk. The majority of the session will then take place with you lying on a massage table.
